Shine Designs South allows for a 3-day return policy on non-logoed items.
Whatever the reason may be, we will accommodate your needs. We can quickly replace the product, issue a full credit or give you a complete refund for product (shipping not included).
Client will be responsible for returns shipping. Unless otherwise approved by Shine Designs South management.
Shine Designs South will take all returns of unused merchandise with an Authorization Number that will be provided by our Customer Service Representatives within 24 Hours of when your claim is reported.
This will ensure speedy processing of your credit request.

On items returned after 30 days, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping the product back.
